Ron Ramer CPA Ron has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1997 and has served a multitude of clients through the years.  He has provided to his clients a variety of services, such as tax planning and preparation, business planning, Quickbooks implementation and service, business formation, and business projections and forecasts to a variety of small and medium businesses from architects to window treatment businesses.  Ron is a graduate of New Brighton High School and Robert Morris University.  Ron and his wife Melissa, reside in Brighton Township in the Beaver school district with their son and daughter.  Thru the years, Ron has served as treasurer for various organizations, served on multiple youth athletic organizations, and volunteered coaching. In his free time, Ron enjoys kayaking, reading, and golfing.

Olivia DeSarbo Olivia joined the Ron Ramer CPA team in November 2025 after recently graduating from Liberty University. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in accounting and is currently working towards her master’s degree and CPA license. During her time at Liberty, she was a member of the Accounting Society and the Women in Business Club. She is experienced with bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and general accounting practices. She is committed to working directly with clients to help achieve business success, hit financial goals, and minimize their taxes. Olivia currently lives in Chippewa Township and in her free time enjoys running, baking, and spending time outside.

Sherry E. Sainovich-Slem, (Office Manager) Sherry joined our firm, June 2024. She has over 35 years of experience as an office manager overseeing office operations in various insurance agencies. Sherry is adept in providing outstanding customer service along with day-to-day administrative support to management and staff, by ensuring a positive and productive work atmosphere. Sherry attended Duquesne University, the Community College of Beaver County and Clarion University. When not at work Sherry loves spending time with her husband. She enjoys her hobbies; coin collecting, metal detecting, reading, and traveling. Sherry also volunteers, weekly, serving the homeless and working poor in Pittsburgh at a charity kitchen.
